Mrs. Damilola Fawehinmi is the Managing Partner at the firm. She is a highly competent and resourceful Legal Practitioner and possesses in-depth skills and expertise on transactional issues. She has worked with two of the highly regarded big laws in Nigeria where she was responsible for various high profile transactions spanning across banking and finance, project finance, oil and gas, Telecommunications. With insights gained from her past and present practice experience, she is able to deliver to quality legal work and accurate advice to our clients.

Damilola advises on all aspects of commercial transactions corporate finance, corporate restructurings, divestitures, and heads the Firm’s business advisory practice which deals with all Nigerian statutory and regulatory compliance matters, employment, corporate, financial and approvals and registration, as well as corporate governance issues, amongst others. Other practice areas include White Collar, Due Diligence, KYC & AML and Non Profit Practice.
